Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to the Misto FM mobile app (iOS and Android) and does not cover the mistofm.com website, which has its own policy.

In short: we built the app to be as private as possible — no accounts, no ads, no third-party trackers or analytics.

What we do not collect

• No sign-up or login — we don't know your name, email, or identity through the app.
• The app has no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking.
• We don't track you across apps or websites, and we don't sell any data.

Data stored only on your device

Stored locally on your phone and never sent to us:

• your list of favorite tracks;
• language and settings;
• notifications (scheduled on the device itself).

Deleting the app deletes this data.

Technical data while listening

When you listen to our streams, our streaming servers automatically receive standard technical connection data: your IP address, device/app type, and listening time.

We use this only to operate the service and to produce anonymous, aggregated listening statistics, including an approximate listener map by country/region (derived from the IP address). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.

Raw connection logs are kept for a short time; after that, only anonymized, aggregated statistics remain. This data is not linked to your identity, not sold, and not used for advertising or tracking.

Notifications

Notifications (such as "your favorite track is next" or evening reminders) are generated locally on your device — we receive no notification data. You can turn them off in your phone settings at any time.

Support (donations)

If you support the project via Monobank, the payment is handled by Monobank in your external browser under their privacy policy. We don't receive your payment details.

Your rights

You have the right to access, delete, or object to the processing of your data. Because we keep only anonymized data that isn't linked to your identity, we usually can't technically fulfill an individual request — but you can always contact us, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Other

Contacting us. If you email us, we receive your message and address only to reply.

Children. The app is not directed at children; we don't knowingly collect their data.

App stores. Apple App Store and Google Play may collect their own data (for example, downloads) under their policies — this is outside our control.

Changes. We may update this Policy; the current version is always available here, with the date at the top.
